Cap City Mushroom Farm provides sustainable Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms to the residents and restaurants of Myrtle Beach. Striving to bridge the gap of local specialty food producers and consumers, to provide and educate the benefits and uses of Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms. Nearly 20 mushroom varieties grown in annual rotation, we always will grow:

Gourmet Mushrooms: Lions Mane, Oyster Mushrooms (Blue, Pink, Italian, Oysters), Black Pearl King (hybrid), and piopinio.

Medicinal Mushrooms (dehydrated): Rishi, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps.
