About
We grow leafy green vegetables under cover-vertically, intensively, and hydroponically. We use no pesticides or herbicides. Currently we are focused on an artisan blend of lettuces that include red and green butter, red and green oakleaf, and red and green sweet crisp. We can grow a variety of other leafy vegetables on request, most 35 days from seed to harvest, including arugula, basil, kale and more.
