Gypsy Wind Farm

We are a small family-owned artisanal farm raising the rare Barbados Blackbelly Sheep and Mangalitsa Pigs; both known for their premium, gourmet meats. Along with our naturally- raised lamb, pork, beef, chicken and free range-eggs, we produce Lard Soaps, Lotion Bars, Lip Balms and other products made from our Mangalitsa Lard and Sheep's milk. We also grow sun chokes, herbs and other seasonal produce.
