At Heartworks Farm, we grow with heart! Our woman-owned farm in Gilbert, South Carolina is committed to healthy food and a healthy planet. We use all-natural, regenerative methods to raise a wide variety of nutrient-rich produce that's bursting with freshness. That means no synthetic fertilizers, and a focus on soil health, biodiversity, and a carbon sequestration. In addition to our delicious fruits and vegetables, we also offer honey, goat milk soap made from our goats and with our farm-fresh herbs and flowers, and other value-added products like Sweet Heat Jalapenos. We're especially proud of our fresh herbs including saffron, basil and ginger, grown using sustainable methods.
