Our passion at Hi Brau Beef Co. is uncovering a hidden world of distinct beef varieties, sourced from healthy, happy cows on a 3rd generation regenerative family farm. We strive to bring a crafted beef experience of quality, flavor, and a little bit of experimentation to the palate of beef lovers that are ready to break free from bland beef. Our beef is hormone and antibiotic-free, pastured raised, humanely treated, dry-aged for two weeks minimum, and vacuum packaged. Delivery and shipping is available in addition to pick up at the farm.
