Jan’s Carrot Cakes Co.

We are a small family-run business with a handed down family recipe for carrot cake.  Mama Jan created it, so the company was started in her honor.  We not only make the traditional carrot cake but also different flavored carrot cakes - in the same you you others make different flavored cheesecakes.  We use locally-sourced eggs, organic carrots, and flour.  We also make a gluten-free version.  All of our cakes are non-GMO, no preservatives, colors or additives.
