Recipe reminiscent of fruitcakes baked by Grandmother McKay from Timmonsville, SC. 1, 2, and 3 lb. loafs baked by Miss Melba, who has relaunched her fruitcake business after 20 years in nursing. Don't be surprised when you hear someone say, "Pass the fruitcake please!"
