At Persimmon Hill Farm we raise grassfed beef, pasture raised chickens & turkeys, and pasture raised pigs. Our goal is to sustainably raise a quality product using regenerative principles. Our beef is grassfed & grass finished. All of our poultry are raised on pasture in mobile coops, and our pigs spend their entire lives on pasture. All of our animals are antibiotic & hormone free.
