When Pigs Fly Produce is a farm fresh hydroponic lettuce grown right in recycled shipping containers using the highest food safety standards with a Nutrient Film Technique (NFT). We offer various lettuce varieties and mix boxes of lettuces, basil, and microgreens that can be delivered at your door. Our standard is to deliver consistently fresh, crisp, and tasty lettuce every time. We aim to become a staple in your refrigerator year-round. At this time, we are serving the Greater Charleston area and hope to increase that territory to more of SC, and beyond over time.
