About
At Y Knot Farm, we are building a completely self-sustaining natural environment to grow a variety of fruits and vegetables. Through the use of natural, organic fertilizers (many from our cows and chickens!) and beneficial insects, we are able to produce abundant corn, japanese sweet potatoes, kabocha and delicatta squash, watermelon and canteloupe.
