Hinson Family farms is a sixth generation working family farm located in Antioch, South Carolina. We pride ourselves in keeping family and agricultural traditions alive and educating others about our practices. We grow all of our corn and produce onsite that we use to make our grits, cornmeal and canned products. We grind our grits with a 1892 stone grist mill and 1949 John Deere tractor to pull the belt on the mill that uses the stones to grind the corn into the grits or cornmeal. We pride ourselves in using traditional forms of producing our products to get quality products our family and friends have loved for generations.
