Kay Farm

This is a local farm currently in the production of farm fresh eggs and hay, situated in Belton along Broadway Creek. The farm has been used for farming, agriculture and livestock by the Kay Family since the early 1920’s, initially by William Oscar Kay and his son J. Rhett Kay, who later passed it down to six children; Sara Kay Burgess, J. R. Kay Jr., Charles Kay, Fred Kay, Barbara Kay Cromer, and Lucretia Kay Snipes. After the passing of Fred Kay in 2020, grandson Patrick Kay, along with nephew Adam Cromer have continued the farming operations.
