Snafu Brewing Company was started in 2015 in North Charleston, SC. We specialize in brewing fruited sours. Our grain is primarily sourced from Palmetto Malt Company and Carolina Malt House. We believe in supporting local and sourcing directly from farmers and growers close to us. Our SC100 small batch series, which is available in our taproom in the spring and summer, uses ingredients that are 100% grown and produced in SC. Our taproom in North Charleston is open 7 days a week.
