SWAMP tonic is the first specialty food product manufactured by culinary start-up The Lowcountry Flavor Factory, LLC.   “The Everything Everyday Sauce” is made in small batches composed with apple cider vinegar in the Eastern Carolina genre.  It is hand crafted by local SC musicians and is always cooked, never processed – and hand stirred with passion.
